What is ego death?
Ego death is a term that refers to the destruction of one’s sense of self. It’s not just any old death; it’s the type of death that leaves you vulnerable and open to infinite possibilities.
I remember my experience with ego death as being surprisingly comfortable. I was left feeling extremely vulnerable, but at the same time, I felt like anything was possible. I remember feeling free in ways I had never experienced before, and this feeling stayed with me for days after.
Why do you need to look inward?
This is a question that I ask myself often. Why do you need to look inward? The answer is simple: because it’s the only way to know who you truly are. Your external life and everything that happens in it is a reflection of your inner self. That’s why looking inward is so important; it helps us to see the truth about ourselves. It helps us to know what we want out of life, what our strengths are, and what we need to work on.
When I started my spiritual journey, I didn’t understand this truth. I was too focused on what other people were doing and how they were living their lives; however, none of those things mattered if I couldn’t figure out who I was going to be at the end of my journey or how I needed to make changes for myself.
Why do we get stuck in our own paths?
One of the most popular questions we get asked is “Why do we always end up going down the same paths?” The thing that people don’t realize is that they’re creating their own path. More often than not, when we look back on our lives, it’s obvious to see that the decisions we made in the past have led us to where we are today. We’ve created a cycle for ourselves, and because of this, it’s difficult to break free from it. Sometimes, people just need some guidance or help to break out of the cycle.
How can you start living your best life?
The first step to living your best life is recognizing that you’re in control of your life. When we are in control, anything becomes possible. We have the power to make positive changes in our lives. The problem for many of us is that we’ve spent so much time on the outside looking in that we don’t know how to get out.
In order to start living your best life, you need to take control of what’s happening on the inside and stop letting anyone else dictate who you are or what you should be doing with your time and life. You have the power to change your thoughts and feelings about yourself, which will lead to a better quality of life overall. You can do this by changing your mindset and learning how to accept and love yourself unconditionally. Once you learn how to love yourself, the rest will follow — including a better quality of life that includes happiness and joy.
